General Information
Culgoa is situated on the Noosa River and has a private beach. Hastings Street, the main beach and National Park are within walking distance. Free marina berths are available.
The contemporary apartments at Culgoa Point Beach Resort are spacious and well furnished. Each apartment has view of the beach or marina.
There is an outdoor pool, sauna, spa and tennis courts. There are kayaks available to hire.
The Coloured Sands, Fraser Island and Australia Zoo are easily accessible for day trips.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 90.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of AUD 200.00 will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged AUD 25.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of AUD 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Important information
Please note that during the months of February and March the resort is undergoing extensive renovation. The swimming pool will be closed during this time.
The resort is spread over 3 acres and the management will try to accommodate any existing bookings as far away from disruption as possible. However, they cannot guarantee that you will not be affected by noise, dust or workmen at some stage during your stay.
